At Pawstruck, we know you and your fur baby can't wait to get your hands on your 
new goodies. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to 
your door.


ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within [X] business days of payment confirmation, 
excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation 
once your order has been placed, and a second notification with your tracking 
details once your order has been dispatched.

During sale periods or high demand times, processing may take an additional 
1–2 business days. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you updated.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

We ship to all states and territories across Australia.

Standard Shipping
  - Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Express Shipping

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. 
Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances 
outside our control. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes 
are managed by the carrier.


FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $[X]. Free 
shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your order reaches the 
minimum spend threshold.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via 
email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website. 
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of 
placing your order, please contact us at pawstruckstore@gmail.com.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this stage, Pawstruck ships to Australian addresses only. We hope to expand 
to international shipping in the future — stay tuned!


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your 
order. Pawstruck is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address 
provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing 
your order, please contact us immediately at pawstruckstore@gmail.com. We will do 
our best to update your details before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes 
can be made once an order has been processed.


LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

We take care in ensuring your order is packed securely. However, once your 
order has been handed to the carrier, Pawstruck is not liable for loss or 
damage caused during transit.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at 
pawstruckstore@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date with:

  - Your order number
  - A description of the issue
  - Photos of any damage (if applicable)

We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as 
quickly as possible. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not 
affected by this policy.


DELAYS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Pawstruck is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our 
reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme 
weather, public holidays, customs delays, or carrier disruptions. We will always 
do our best to communicate any known delays as soon as possible.
